Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our digital/branding services, we follow a strict refund window.

  • Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, a formal query or complaint must be raised within 24 hours of the purchase or delivery of the service.
  • The 24-Hour Rule: Any requests for refunds made after the 24-hour window from the time of transaction will not be entertained.
  • Process: To raise a query, please email orders@digitallybrand.store with your order number and the reason for the refund request.
  • Exclusions: Refunds are not applicable to completed customized design work or services that have already been fully rendered and approved by the client.
  • Approval: Once your query is received within the 24-hour limit, our team will review the case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
